A high commitment to high quality nutrition is vital to any training program. Our Coaches consider training volume and lifestyle when creating a plan for each client. You coach will be highly engaged in educating you on how to nourish yourself adequately for each training session, and for your overall health and life.
Lifestyle is one of the cornerstones of what we teach our clients. The importance of adequate sleep, hydration, balanced stress and mindset are invaluable to promote overall gains in the gym and outside of it. Your coach will work will you to develop daily habits that serve you and your ultimate goals.
The best way to have continuous growth in the relationship with your coach is with concise and consistent feedback. Your coach wants to talk to you, hear from you and know how your training, lifestyle practices and nutrition goals are going. You will find ample communication from your Coach in Fitbot, as well as a 30 minute monthly check in face-to-face on Zoom.
